Triple F agencies commenced trading as a distributor in South Africa for Faren Chemical Technologies on the 21 June 2001. The company is part of a multi-national group that has been operating for over 30 years in chemical manufacture for markets throughout the world.
The group trades widely in European Union with it’s own distribution network in a number of countries, enabling it to offer it’s clients a direct and immediate service. The Solano plant in Milan is considered to be one of the most modern industrial chemical producers in Europe. Faren's plant covers an area of 32.500 square meters on a total surface of 57.000 square meters.
The research lab studies and proposes solutions to the most diverse problems presented by a more and more demanding and sophisticated set of clients. This research is endeavours to constantly improve the quality in the respect of the rigorous programs required by the ISO norms. The group is ISO certified.
The production cycle is completely automated in every phase. The procedures of the various products, managed by sophisticated software that automatically carries out checks on every phase of production revealing any anomalies that might occur.
The Solano plant is equipped with a modern production platform that groups 11 reactors in line capable of producing over 45 000 tons of products per annum. The plant works automatically without manual intervention, from the collection of the material to the discharge of the. finished product. The production plant is considered one of the most modern and efficient of it’s kind in Europe.
The Aerosol filling station constitutes one of the most important features of the plant. The completely automated aerosol production plant has been designed to enable considerable production flexibility. This in order to satisfy any production requirements both in quantities and in formats. The filling lines for the liquids are equipped for the packaging of bottles as welt as drums of various capacities.
The plant is able to provide for the filling, labeling, boxing and the positioning of the cartons on pallets in a completely automated way. The production’s philosophy remains the same - Flexibility both in the quantities and the formats. The plant is equipped with storage tanks that allow for the storage of raw materials and finished products in order to satisfy any request on demand.
The industrial group has 11 000 square meters dedicated to storage from which 120 tons are shipped daily to destinations around the world.
