FILO FUSOR - Anti-spatter for welding and protective coating for metals

FILO FUSOR 94 new formula, perfectly adheres to any metal,  leaving a semi-permanent anti- stick coating which is also an excellent anti-oxidant.The coating left by  FILO FUSOR 94  new formulation, dries-up fully within 90 seconds and does not leave residues.

FILO FUSOR 94 guarantees a longer life of the protective coating and less consumption of the product. The protective anti-stick layer on the metal is compact and  homogeneous. It can be painted with no side effects.The almost instantaneous drying and exceptional adhesiveness of the compound to the metal, guarantee a reduction of fumes and vapours during the welding process. This is an important factor when an automatic welding line is operating.

FILO FUSOR' s  resistance to heat is exceptional. It  ensures  perfect operation and stands  temperatures up to 1200°C.

FILO FUSOR 94, is available in the very handy aerosol can. It can be used with excellent results both on the metal to be welded and on the nozzle through which the welding wire is delivered.

SOLDER - Clean antisplash

SOLDER allows cleaner weldings, free from slags. Spray Solder just once and the efficiency will be exceptional: more weldings with just one spray, the surface will be ready for painting, infact you don’t loose time for eliminating slags adhesion, it is enough to clean with a cloth and any welding slag will be elimininated.

QUALITY Welding final result will be without bubbles or other defects even after the eventual painting.

VERY PRACTICAL Solder doesn’t contain powders and therefore it can be immediately used, avoiding nozzles obstructions and scraping of  welded parts.

After the welding the part is ready for painting without any other preliminary treatment.

ECONOMIC Its 360° valve allows to use the product completely in whatever position without any waste.

STRIKE - Anti-adhesive – detaching – environmentally safe - multipurpose

ANTIADHESIVE Excellent for continuous welding: slags do not adhere to workpieces and nozzels. In the wood industry it is used in order to avoid glues and putties on press surfaces and blades.

STAC - Anti-adhesive – synthetic - polyvalent

It is a new formula that is drastically changing the machining methods in the wood industry. In the past years the only products available on the market, which avoided rubbings on work surfaces, were: naphtha – burned oil – paraffin and soapwort. These substances caused remarkable waste of time in the application and in case of naphtha or burned oils, treated surfaces were dirty.

With our STAC, we have solved this problem. After long research and tests we have studied and produced a clean spray product. The most evident advantages are: a better cleaning of machine surfaces with the possibility to machine even finished work pieces by reducing waste of time caused by application. It’s important to remark also painting problem, intact old above-mentioned products if not perfectly removed could cause troubles. STAC on the contrary is fully synthetic and therefore does not repel paint. Machines more subject to this kind of problem are: spacer planer, jack, hewing machines, press. STAC is also recommended for sliding of drawers or for furniture parts subject to rubbing.

APPLICATION FIELDS

Carpentry, furniture industry, printing work, plastic and rubber molding.  STAC is polyvalent and therefore can be used also in plastic molding industry where a specific and fully synthetic product (like STAC) has to be used.

In fact STAC thanks to its high anti-adhesive force, is widely employed in plastic molding sector, and guarantees an excellent die cleaning, in order to get a perfect and homogeneous result for molded pieces. STAC is particularly suitable in the molding process of any type of rubber, viton, neoprene, etc., In this case many different products  should be used for the different types of rubber, with consequent increase of application costs; but with STAC this is no more required. You have one product for every application.

STAC is silicone-free and therefore is used also in the veneering process, where any other silicone or unsuitable product causes big problems and does not allow to get a uniform painting. Spray regularly on press surfaces, pressed work pieces will detach perfectly and surfaces will remain clean.
