DECAVIL F Scale remover with dissolving action for building and brick works

DECAVIL F has been researched to solve the hardest maintenance problems in the wide building field. It is specific tubular scaffold and relative clamps, wood or metal panels for frames, bituminizing machines and all building requirements. It can be used also for removing scale from any type of floor.

The light version DECAVIL F is specific after tiles lining the floor, since it is excellent for finishing operations after paving completion, as alternative to the common and no more used acids. The advantages of DECAVIL F are remarkable, considering that you can dilute it from one to ten times its volume and moreover it is very safe and rapid and reduces drastically operation times.

In the die casting industry DECAVIL F is particularly suitable to remove scale from dies, since it avoids the uses of the sand blasting machine, which is expensive and in the long run corrodes the die.

With DECAVIL F die maintenance and scale removing can be executed without disassembling the die from the machine and moreover it enables a continuous and easy periodic maintenance

DECAVIL F is also recommended in the glass industry and is used for dissolving silicon scale caused by machining. Another application field is the one of plastic forming for removing scale in water recycle pumps.

DECAVIL F is excellent for removing scale from bituminizing machines, it gets the same results of normally used products, remarkably reducing maintenance costs. In order to get the best results, use one part of DECAVIL F diluted to 5/7 parts water, apply the solution and gently rub with a broom. Wait till reaction disappears, then rinse.

All  industrial buildings, hotels, communities, schools, hospitals, public organizations have the same old problem  of poorly functioning or blocked waste pipes which is an annoying problem, often not easy to resolve.

MELT has been specially formulated to solve all these problems easily and quickly.

When used as a preventive treatment product, MELT disolves the deposits of organic nature lodged along the walls of the waste pipes  keeping these pipes always clean, free from unpleasant smells and  preventing them from restricted passage and therefore blockages. When used for unblocking, the product acts instantaneously thanks to a specific gravity almost twice as high as water. This means that it can also reach obstructions  deep down, while thanks to its exothermic reaction,  it dissolves even the most stubborn greases. MELT does not corrode lead, iron, PVC, plastics or rubber.

SWAMM is an aerosol multipurpose cleanser, studied for those customers requiring a “ready to use” product. SWAMM solves also the inconvenience of those customers claiming because their workers use concentrated liquid cleanser in a bad and excessive way. In fact with SWAMM all problems connected to product waste or wrong dilution are solved. SWAMM is a water base detergent, which cleaning power can be classified as middle; the light foamy deposit penetrates into dirt and softens it. Then you just have to remove everything with a clean cloth or with a paper cloth type ROTOL CART or MIDI ROLL of FAREN Industrie Chimiche S.p.A.

SAFETY SOL - Solvent - Degreasing agent of natural origin  (BIODEGRADABLE)

SAFETY SOL  is a slowly evaporating liquid with a pleasant scent and is not toxic. It has an excellent degreasing and solvent capacity, it does not irritate and has a great capacity to absorb oil and grease. It is  free from UTIF restraints and is harmless in accordance with Italian D.M, 17.10.84 SAFETY SOL does not contain chlorine, nitrogen, phosphorus, aromatic solvents.

SAFETY SOL can be used for workpiece degreasing in tanks by immersion,  by shaking or simply by brushing. SAFETY SOL is also recommended for degreasing A.V.P. -aluminium - iron - steel etc.  The light but masking scent of the natural vegetable solvents allows to remove from the environment the unpleasant smells caused by  the use of  coolant and cutting oils. SAFETY SOL  has an excellent capacity to incapsulate oils and greases, and can be used for a long period with excellent results  before having to be changed.

SAFETY SOL is also an excellent product for the cleaning of carburettors, since its mixture of natural origin solvents  dissolves the coloured residues of petrol.

SAFETY SOL can be used without gas safety masks and in closed rooms since it contains solvents of natural origin which do not require those precautions necessary when using conventional chloride solvents. Normal operational precautions are sufficient.

PLUNGING INTERVENTIONS

Plunge the piece in a water solution with 20-30% of RAPIDO.

Any 30 minutes verify the treatment and solution acidity pH, which should be pH 1.

In case this value increases provide to add little quantities of RAPIDO into the solution. After 30 min. treatment with unchanged pH (that is pH 1), the operation is finished.

WASHING INTERVENTIONS WITH RECYCLE PUMP

Provide for a water solution with 20-30% of RAPIDO.

Have solution circulate min. 30 minutes long and then rinse. In case scale is particulary hard to remove, repeat the treatment.

ABIOSOL is the ideal alternative to highly toxic and harmful solvents or degreasers. ABIOSOL is not flammable and has a high solving power. It can replace the commonly used degreasers such as: trichloroethylene, diluent, naphtha, acetone, etc. It always keeps the same performance level even after a long time. It can be used on whatever type of metal or alloy always with excellent results, especially in the pickling operations before painting, silk-screen process, etc.

With ultra-sound devices: pure. Shaking washers or plunging type: pure or diluted with 2/3 parts of gasoil or kerosene. (It is evident that by diluting ABIOSOL with gasoil or kerosene the degreasing power of the product and its main features are remarkably reduced). Little degreasing operations: use pure with brush, spray pistol or sprayer on the surface up to complete workpiece degreasing.

ABIOSOL can be used both in cold and in hot conditions at a temperature not exceeding 38°C.

The Dairy Industry has a number of low tolerance descaling needs due to the dangerous residues left on the milk producing equipment by the refining process.

One of the most important needs is to find a safe and secure product that dissolves the milk scale in the vats. To tackle this problem Faren S.pa has created SPEEDY SAN. Its principal properties are: ease of use, speed of action, safety of washing, and adherence to existing safety and health regulations in the industry.

EASINESS OF USE:
Dilute 4/5% of Speedy San in water at a temperature of 60/80 C (40/80 grams per litre of water). The use of gloves or goggles is not necessary.

SPEED OF ACTION
Speedy San only takes from 10 to 60 minutes to act completely.

SAFE AFTER RINSING
If used according to the suggested dilutions, after rinsing, Speedy San leaves the surface and the containers completely cleaned without any dangerous residues.

FIREGLASS - Black Fume, Grease  (BIODEGRADABLE)

Fireglass is a degreaser for grills, braais, heaters and fireplace surfaces. It is a specific product, which acts as a degreaser for black fumes, carbon scouring, carbon residues and also as an emulsifier of vegetable and animal greases. Fireglass removes grease and burnishing perfectly without leaving the surface oily or with any other residues.

APPLICATIONS
Building, Camping, Tourist Centres, Tooling, Thermo-Hydraulic.

SAFE K928 is the aerosol version of SAFE K805. It is a high-performing and extremely safe degreaser. It does not corrode or damage any type of surface, evaporates slowly and thus has excellent degreasing power.

APPLICATIONS: used to degrease: motors, carburetors, brakes, metal and non-metal elements – all greasy and dirty surfaces.

ANTIFUEL is a catalyst which removes soot when the boiler is on line. It has been created by analyzing the problems of energy saving. In fact the soot can cause energy 70% dispersion  with consequent waste of money and fuel. The old methods of soot removal involved standstill costs, hard disassembly of the device and continuous interventions for maintenance by specialized companies.

ANTIFUEL has finally solved all these problems, since if nebulized directly on the flame of the boiler it produces a quantity of  crystalline particles which detach soot accumulations.

By this simple operation already after the first application you will realize the surprising results and the very low costs. Therefore without process interruptions you can repeat this simple operation periodically including it in your standard boiler maintenance program.

ANTIFUEL is not corrosive for all parts composing the boiler, it is neither flammable nor combustible. The fog produced evaporates immediately and is conveyed with the hot gas into the combustion chamber and on all surfaces where soot is located. ANTIFUEL produces a crystalline substance which attacks the soot detaching it from the surfaces where it’s located.

Afterwards a special substance contained in the product attacks the soot and lowers its flame point in order to have it finally burned by the fire of combustion chamber, transforming it into a gray ash eliminated with the fumes.

SNOW  - Super absorbent (ISO 14001 Compliant)

SNOW is called a super absorbent because of its extraordinary versatility in absorbing any kind of liquid or semi-liquid on contact. This includes all animal, vegetable, mineral, petroleum, and chemical liquids, except hydrofluoric acid. It picks up all liquids, of any viscosity, off any hard surface, leaving that surface clean and dry. For that reason it is described as non-select, meaning it does not have a limited range of efficacy.

SNOW is an inert, inorganic blend of siliceous minerals containing sodium, potassium, and aluminum in variable composition. It absorbs liquids by means of a process called silica encapsulation. The liquid absorbed actually becomes part of the silicate molecule. Due to their amorphous structure, SNOW particles provide a tremendous amount of surface area when compared to their volume. This structure allows for excellent surface tension, contributing to the exceptional absorption qualities of the product. In effect, SNOW turns the spilled liquid into a solid that can be disposed of easily. Because it is lightweight and so simple to use, it dramatically reduces clean up costs, as well as the ever-increasing costs of disposal.

SNOW has virtually unlimited uses as a dry absorbent that is safe in all applications. It is not injurious to soil, cement, asphalt, tile, plants, animals, or humans. It contains no reactive chemicals, is not toxic, flammable, or biodegradable, and is environmentally safe and friendly. The supplier of the raw ore from which SNOW is produced owns the mine which has the highest quality of this type of ore in the world.

ABsorbent VS. ADsorbent

SNOW is an ABsorbent. Almost all other products on the market that are sold as absorbents are actually ADsorbents. What is the difference? Note the dictionary definitions:

Absorb - to take in and incorporate; assimilate; to suck up; drink in; to take up or receive a chemical by molecular action i.e. bring within, enclose, engulf, consume (It is as though they had SNOW in mind when this definition was written. This is truly what it does, as noted above.)

Adsorb - to collect a gas, liquid, or dissolved substance in a condensed form on a surface Adsorbents do not encapsulate or stabilize spilled substances. They are primarily useful for picking up and transporting the spilled material. ADsorbents are materials that retain liquids on the surface of their particles by capillary action and surface tension. The problem is that the spilled substance is still there on the surface of the particles and will leach back into the environment. For that reason disposal costs are extremely high since few landfills can accept wastes that have been ADsorbed. This is especially true for the most widely used ADsorbent, granular clay, commonly referred to as kitty litter.
