RAPID SVITER guarantees excellent results for aluminium threading too, allowing homogeneous tapping operations without thread flash and cracks forming. In the textile industry it is used to dissolve the wax layer of dressings from loom combs. In the building industry it is used to loosen, deoxidize and lubricate tube clamps.

CHARACTERISTICS

- Lowers friction and eases sliding

APPLICATIONS

Mouldings of plastic and rubber: ensuring easy release from injection moulds Cheese factories: makes it easier to remove the milk residues and other sticky parts. Sugar refineries: prevents the sugar from sticking to the equipment. Bottling: eliminates friction of conveyor belts thus avoiding bottle breakage. Printing industries: facilitates running of the paper and cutting by preventing the ink from adhering. It protects the cylinders and printed rolls from rust, prevents the ink from passing from the plastic film to the reverse side of the paper. Foodstuffs: excellent release for moulds used in food production. It can be used on moulds of any material and also come into contact with foodstuffs because by not exceeding 10 ppm it fully conforms with current EU regulations.

MULTI-PURPOSE

SLIDE-S is also very good for protecting and polishing any type of leather, including artificial, or wooden materials.

IDROFLUIDS are fireproof hydraulic oils with self-extinguishing properties, designed by the chemical laboratories of FAREN S.p.A.

FLAMMABILITY POINT

It’s evident that for some specific machines like in the hydraulic circuits of machines or devices working in the presence of FLAMES or with very HIGH TEMPERATURES. The huge risks of accidental fires due to for example the breakage of a conduit with consequent spill of liquid, TRADITIONAL MINERAL OILS are limited and are not as safe as IDROFLUID by FAREN.

VISCOSITY

The very high natural viscosity index of IDROFLUID kept constant in the long run, assures the perfect running of hydraulic systems even under very critical temperatures such as machining start-up.

BIODEGRADABLE

IDROFLUID 46 is biodegradable over 97% and IDROFLUID 68 over 93%. Traditional hydraulic oils are mineral based and therefore are not biodegradable.

Another important characteristic of IDROFLUID 46/68 is the following:

its composition does not include any WATER – SULPHUR – CHLORINE – PHOSPHORUS or NITROGEN with no problems of toxic decomposition and bad smells.
