ACCIAIO SPRAY - Protective Stainless Steel Coating

ACCIAIO SPRAY is a finishing treatment for stainless steel with excellent anti-rust properties that is easy to apply. Thanks to a compound resin working as a binding agent, ACCIAIO SPRAY resists all bad weather conditions, acids and temperatures up to 500/600°C.

METAL ZINC - Spray Protective Coating (Cold Galvanizer)

METAL ZINC is a dispertion of zinc powder at 98%.for galvanising touch ups.

- High gloss finish

- Dries in 90 seconds

- Does not leave zinc powder reidues

- Covers and protects surfaces 

APPLICATIONS

METAL ZINC is excellent for small touch up jobs on surfaces showing oxydation traces or imperfections after galvanising operations. It adheres to all metallic surfaces without jeopardizing subsequent paint or welding operations.

KUTRON FW 600 - Zinc Protective Coating

KUTRON FW 600 produces a very efficient zinc coating, brilliantly clear, it is particularly usefull for touch-ups on galvanized materials, especially on new ones. It guarantees a good protection against corrosion and oxidation. Its technically balanced formulation allows quick drying without dusting.

This product has been developed to solve serious rust problems which have caused much trouble for many years in certain sectors. To remove rust has never been a great problem. However to stop and reconvert it into an organic metal substance was immpossible until some time ago. 

NO RUST can be applied on surfaces:

- completely rusted,

- partially rusted

- partly rusted and partly painted.

One of the great advantages offered by NO RUST is its efficiency. With just one kg of product, between 10 and 20 sq.m of surface can be treated. Furthermore it is an industrial product.

APPLICATIONS

Industrial car and coach body builders, boat shops and building maintenance.

One of the sectors affected by the rust problem is the building industry, in fact building equipment and machinery in particular are continually exposed to bad wheather conditions. These are the main elements accelerating the corrosion and oxidation process.

With our range of products, we can intervene, upon customer’s demand, with a complete rust prevention treatment, consisting of a first treatment with NO RUST for converting the rust into an organic metallic compound, and then with an application of METAL ZINC for higher protection of the treated machinery, which afterwards will be protected for a long time against atmospheric agents.

In car- and coachbody works, NO RUST finds wide applications as it solves the problem of time loss for small touch-up jobs when rust is present. In fact NO RUST enables quicker and more practical interventions, because it does not require any special precautions.

Just apply NO RUST on the rusty part to convert the treated part into an organic metal compound. In some cases it is really unreplaceable, because few products are able to offer a permanent longlasting protection as well as a better anchoring of the paint.

STRIP BIANCO - Protective Peelable Film

STRIP BIANCO is a protective elastic resin at peelable film for any metal or plastic surface requiring a protection against oxidization.

FEATURES

Elastic: this allows an easy and complete removal of the film

White: makes the surface bright

Economic: its performance is approx. 4/5 m2 with 1 Kg. product with a thickness of 10 microns.

APPLICATIONS

For protecting spray booths against scale and oxidization.

For protecting small metal products.

For coating and protecting aluminium and wood windows, to ensure that during transportation and installation they are not scratched or damaged by cement or mortar.

ISOPLAX - Acrylic Protective Resin

ISOPLAX is a permanent protective resin for any metal part or surface. Suitable to protect from water, humidity and corrosive vapours.

STOW - Oil Base Protective Coating

Protective coating for dies – turned, ground and milled workpieces.

STOW is a FAREN solution, it is an oil base protective coating with water-repellent properties, designed for storage in covered place.

STOW protection is: 2,5 micron for a period of 2/3 monthes approx.
